Bacterial and Fungal Co-infections with SARS-CoV-2 in Solid Organ Recipients, A Retrospective Study

Abstract: Background SARS-CoV-2, a novel corona virus, has caused clusters of fatal pneumonia worldwide. Immune compromised patients are among the high risk groups with poor prognosis of the disease. The presence of bacterial or fungal co-infections with SARS-CoV-2 is associated with increased mortality.
