Bacterial Composition of Biofilms of a Local Tigernut Drink Processing Unit in Yenagoa, Nigeria

Abstract: Microorganisms grow and form biofilms on surfaces of equipment employed in food processing. These biofilms are considered as the major sources of contamination in the food industry.
