Abstract: Latar belakang. Meningitis bakterialis merupakan salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas yang penting pada anak. Anak dengan meningitis biasa datang ke rumah sakit dan mendapat antibiotik intrakranial tanpa menunggu hasil kultur.
