Bacteriological status of fish marketed in Beni-Suef City

Abstract: This study was carried out to evaluate the bacteriological status of fresh Tilapia nilotica, fresh Clarias lazera, frozen Mackerel and smoked Herring fish marketed in Beni-Suef City.
