Badanie Przewodności Kompleksów Białko (Bsa) – Enzym (Ache) Oraz Wpływu Promieniowania Uv Na Ich Stabilność Pod Kątem Zastosowań W Biosensorach

Abstract

This paper presents studies of the conductivity of BSA-AChE complexes and the effect of UV radiation on their stability. Based on the models, an interpretation of the qualitative changes in the stability of the protein-enzyme complex under UV irradiation was proposed. It was confirmed by analyses that the effects induced by radiation depend on irradiation time and are more pronounced for samples exposed 90 min than 30 min.
