Bağimlilik Tedavi̇si̇ Alaninda Kli̇ni̇k Sosyal Hi̇zmet Süpervi̇zonu: Mesleki̇ Geli̇şi̇m, Yeterli̇li̇kler Ve Süpervi̇zyonun Önemi̇

Abstract

Bağımlılık alanında sosyal hizmet mesleği tanı, tespit, tedavi ve sonrası tüm aşamalarda birey ve çevresinin bütüncül değerlendirilmesi açısından kilit öneme sahiptir. Mesleki uygulamalar güncel politika, sosyoekonomik gelişmeler ve kanıt temelli araştırmalarla sürekli değişim göstermektedir. Bu durum bağımlılık alanında sosyal hizmet uzmanları da dâhil profesyonellerin mesleki yetkinliklerinin geliştirilmesini öne çıkarmaktadır. Süpervizyon mesleki yetkinliklerin bilgi, beceri ve değerler odağında geliştirilmesinde temel işlevi görmektedir. Bu makalede bağımlılık alanında mesleki tanım, temel yeterlilikler ve süpervizyonun işlevleri ile ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası uygulama örnekleri karşılaştırılarak süpervizyonun önemi açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın bağımlılık danışmanlığı ve süpervizyonun mesleki önemi hakkında politika yapıcılar ve araştırmacılara yol gösterici olması beklenmektedir.

Social Service Practices In Disaster: 6 February Earthquake Hatay Case

This reveals that similar results were obtained with this study conducted in Hatay and that it is compatible with the literature.…”

“…Similar findings emerged in Aktaş's (2003) study, in which he investigated how social work intervention would be in crisis situations, the steps of intervention, and the interventions to be carried out at the social level. In a study comparing the Van and Marmara earthquakes in terms of social service activities, it is evaluated that the special needs of vulnerable groups (especially children, women and disabled people) were not adequately addressed and the desired level of psychosocial support was not reached (Altun, 2016;Tapan, 2023). This situation is partially compatible with this research.…”

The needs of earthquake victims and vulnerable groups are identified through the practices carried out by social workers at the individual (micro) and groups (mezzo) levels (Tapan, 2023;Mullally, 1997, pp. 108-134;Pohjola, 2011, p. 12) and appropriate solution mechanisms.…”

“…In this context, efforts are made to heal social damage through social work intervention such as psychosocial support, education, group work, needs assessment, guidance and advocacy. The basic function of social work in this sense is formulated as acting as a bridge between people damaged by the earthquake and the resources, facilitating the interaction of earthquake victims with each other and with the society, providing guidance and support to social policy makers, and helping to create financial resources for all activities (Tapan, 2023;Pincus and Minahan, 1973, pp. 15-33).…”
