Balloon pulmonary angioplasty for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension due to septic emboli

Abstract: We present the case of a 28‐year‐old woman with a history of tricuspid valve endocarditis leading to chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) with multiple pulmonary artery chronic total occlusions (CTOs) due to septic emboli.
