Balloon Sinuplasty and Stenting in the Management of Complex Frontal Sinus Outflow Tract Fractures

Abstract: Objective Classical management of complex fractures involving the frontal sinus outflow tract (FSOT) favors obliteration or cranialization to avoid delayed complications.
