Bandscheibenoperation, Rehabilitation, Rückkehr in den Beruf – Einflussfaktoren auf die berufliche Wiedereingliederung bei Patienten nach Bandscheibenvorfall

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Fragestellung: Untersucht werden Berufsr?ckkehrer-Raten und Einflussfaktoren auf die Berufsr?ckkehr 3 Monate nach Bandscheiben-OP. Methoden: In der L?ngsschnittstudie wurden 534 bandscheibenoperierte Patienten (18?55 Jahre) in pers?nlichen Interviews im Akutkrankenhaus befragt. Eine telefonische Follow-up-Befragung fand 3 Monate sp?ter mit 486 Patienten statt (Dropout-Rate: 9%). Ergebnisse: 3 Monate nach der Bandscheiben-OP arbeiten 40,9% der Patienten wieder.
