Base of Tongue Surgery and Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Abstract: Objective Drug-induced sleep endoscopy–directed lingual tonsillectomy and midline posterior glossectomy have been employed for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in children.
