Abstract: Objective: To assess the prognostic relevance of the maximum standard uptake value (Suvmax) in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), establish a gene signature correlated with Suvmax and explore the potential biological mechanisms underlying these associations for predicting clinical outcomes.
