Abstract:Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS) is a genetic disorder affecting primary cilia. BBSome, a protein complex composed of eight BBS proteins, regulates the structure and function of cilia in diverse organisms, and its malfunction causes BBS in humans. Here, we report a new function of BBSome in C.
