BCR-ABL RNA Levels at the Time of a Complete Cytogenetic Response (CCR) Predict the Duration of CCR in Imatinib-Treated Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Patients.

Abstract: Background : Imatinib induces a complete cytogenetic response (CCR) in the majority of patients with chronic phase CML. CCR is durable in the majority of patients, but relapse occurs in a subset.
