Behandlungsstrategien der malignen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome im Kindesalter

Abstract: Die stadienabhängige Intensität und Dauer der Behandlung sowie die Anwendung unterschiedlicher Therapiekonzepte für Non-B- und B-Lymphome haben die Prognose der malignen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome (NHL) im Kindesalter entscheidend verbessert. Nach den Ergebnissen zweier konsekutiver BFM-Therapiestudien (BFM-NHL 75/81, n= 116; BFM 81/83, n = 95) ist eine Heilungschance von 70% wahrscheinlich akzeptabler Therapietoxizität ( < 2% Todesfälle in Stu-die BFM-NHL 81/83).
