Behavior of Normal Concrete Beam with PCC During the Moisture Curing Period
Abstract:The compressive strength of concrete depends on the treatment it undergoes. One way to preserve concrete is by curing it with moisture. During curing chemical reactions still occur which cause deformation. This behavior was studied using 3 concrete beam specimens with Portland composite cement (PCC) measuring 15 cm x 15 cm x 60 cm, with a concrete quality of 20.75 MPa.
