Behavior of organic substances under conditions of evaporation of nitric-acid raffinates

Abstract: Nitric-acid raffinates produced during extractive reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel are ordinarily evaporated and nitric acid is recovered from the liquor vapors, obtained during evaporation, by rectification [1].
