Internalizing and externalizing behaviors can impede academic achievement (Kremer, Flower, Huang, & Vaughn, 2016;Riglin, Petrides, Frederickson, & Rice, 2014) and are unfortunately prevalent among youth in foster care (e.g., Baker, Schneiderman, & Licandro, 2017).
