Abstract

I am deeply grateful to have spent the last 5 years in a lab that encourages curiosity and continues to challenge me in new ways every day. This is all thanks to my wonderful advisor, Dr. Heather Brenhouse, for fostering such a warm, fun, and collaborative lab environment. Your balance of patience, understanding, and motivation has pushed me to become the scientist I am today.
