Abstract: The main problem in the operation of nuclear power plants (NPPs) is the scale formation of mineral impurities in an open recirculating system (ORS). The discharge of water from an ORS into natural water bodies can alter the chemical equilibrium of wastewater components, necessitating continuous monitoring.
