Abstract:Alcoholic liver injury is a serious risk to human health. Probiotics have become a popular form of treatment. Lacticaseibacillus casei Grx12 and Limosilactobacillus fermentum Grx07 isolated from the gut of long-lived people in Rugao, Jiangsu, were studied to determine their protective effects and possible mechanisms of action on alcoholic liver injury.
