Libraries need to prepare various supporting components in facing international accreditation of study programs. This research aims to identify readiness, determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the UNS Library in supporting international accreditation of study programs. Qualitative research method with data collection using FGD, literature study, observation and interviews. Discussion: The readiness of the UNS Library to support international accreditation of study programs includes having print and electronic collections and various services, availability of regular budgets, infrastructure, quality human resources, information literacy and library promotion. Supporting factors: Strategic building location; Reading room, service hours, adequate collection of books and e-journals; Actively organizing literacy activities; Social media is available for library promotion; Library automation, library repository; Large number of human resources; and Foreign Student Services. Inhibiting factors: Not having a library programmer; Uneven competency of librarians; Lack of mastery of international languages for each staff; Lack of coordination between libraries and faculties/study programs that will receive international accreditation; Unattractive room design; Limited space for storing print collections; and Limited budget for library activities. Conclusion: There is a need for improvement, coordination of libraries and study programs, infrastructure, staff competence in dealing with international accreditation of study programs.
