Abstract:In this article, we present a case of a 40 year old male with complaints of swelling over right side of back since two months, with FNAC suggestive of spindle cell tumour arising from the ribs. Patient underwent wide local excision and the final histopathological report turned out to be benign fibrous histiocytoma.
