Trichoepithelioma is a benign cutaneus tumour originating from hair follicles. It is most commonly found on the face and scalp. Histopathologic examination was composed of band-like nests of basaloid cells showing peripheral palization, abortive hair papilla and horn cysts in a fibrocellular stroma. A 82-year-old woman applied for a 10-year old groin mass that recently slowly growing. The lesion was excised and it was diagnosed as giant solitary trichoephitelioma.
