Benzothiazole derivatives in the design of antitumor agents

Abstract: Benzothiazoles are a class of heterocycles with multiple applications as anticancer, antibiotic, antiviral, and anti‐inflammatory agents. Benzothiazole is a privileged scaffold in drug discovery programs for modulating a variety of biological functions.
