Abstract:Berardinelli's Syndrome or Laurence Seip Syndrome is a rare inherited disorder presenting in early childhood. Glucose and fat metabolism are mainly deranged with clinical presentation of generalized lipoatrophy, hypertriglyceridemia and insulin resistance in early childhood.
