Abstract: ZusammenfassungPersonen in der späten Erwerbsphase sind in Europa selten in berufliche Weiterbildung eingebunden. Der Beitrag betrachtet Länderdifferenzen in der Weiterbildungsteilnahme Älterer aus institutionentheoretischer Perspektive und berücksichtigt dabei, dass Institutionen in Verbindung miteinander funktionieren.
