Besinsel Nitrat Takviyesinin Anaerobik Performans Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract: Besinsel nitrat önerilen ergojenik özellikleri nedeniyle popüler bir spor takviyesi haline gelmiştir. Besinsel nitrat takviyesinin egzersiz performansı üzerine etkileri nitrik oksit (NO) biyo yararlanımını arttırma kapasitesine atfedilmiştir. Literatürdeki çalışmalar besinsel nitratın metabolizmada bazı yollarla NO 'ya dönüşmesiyle, tüketiminin yüksek yoğunluklu yüklenmelere etkisi olabileceğini göstermektedir.
