Betydningen av innovasjon og entreprenørskap i norsk arbeidsliv – kunnskapsstatus og veien videre

Abstract: Artikkelen gir en oversikt over norsk forskning på innovasjon og entreprenørskap i en arbeidslivskontekst. Forskningen er mangeartet i perspektiver og problemstillinger, noe som gir en god bredde, men som også gjør kunnskapen fragmentert. Entreprenørskap belyses som sysselsetting, og som virkemiddel for kommersialisering av forskning og for økonomisk omstilling.
