Abstract:Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is one of the most frequently observed cancers in India that is usually diagnosed at an advanced stage. Although surgery remains the only curative option, the majority of GBCs are unresectable. Palliative chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin is the recommended treatment in such cases.
