Abstract:All solar, atmospheric, reactor and long-baseline accelerator neutrino data can be explained by postulating that there are three neutrinos, that these have non-zero, non-identical masses, and that the neutrino mass eigenstates are not aligned with the neutrino flavor eigenstates.
