Abstract:We report a case of severe chronic pruritus in a patient with cholestasic liver disease due to a cholangiocarcinoma that did not respond to sequential treatment with bile acid sequestrants, enzyme-inducing agents, opioid antagonists or selective serotonin inhibitors.
