Abstract:A series of biantennary sugar-based surfactants reflecting glyco-glycero-lipids, in which the ester linkage of the surfactant antipodes was replaced by a triazole, has been synthesized and investigated on their emulsifying potential for water-in-oil systems related to hydrofuel.
