Bias-Repeatability Analysis of Vacuum-Packaged 3-Axis MEMS Gyroscope Using Oven-Controlled System

Abstract: The performance of microelectromechanical system (MEMS) inertial measurement units (IMUs) is susceptible to many environmental factors.
