In relation to “objective risk” or “subjective risk”, a bibliometric analysis was performed using documents found in the Scopus database. A search for related documents was narrowed down to 192 documents and these were considered in this study. The results of this study suggest that the use of the ranking method and descriptive statistics is not sufficient in presenting a concise bibliometric analysis. To create a more in-depth bibliometric analysis, the results of this study have to be analyzed together with a visualization map using VOSviewer software. This way, researchers can easily locate a specific gap in the literature, understand the relation between the papers on the same subject, and cite the literature studies based on their effectiveness.

Анотація. У статті досліджено сутність ризик-орієнтованого підходу до генерації вартості підприємств транспортно-логістичного спрямування. Завдання дослідженнявизначити зміст всіх складових ризик-менеджменту на прикладі підприємств зазначеної галузі. Методологічною особливістю вивчення складових ризик орієнтованого підходу є розкриття сучасної парадигми «Industry 4.0», а саме, комплексне дослідження факторів операційної, інвестиційної та фінансової діяльності. Ключовим критерієм ефективності господарювання в статті аргументується застосування показника вартості підприємства. Крім того передбачається використовувати методологію розрахунку впливу Value at Risk на генерацію вартості підприємства. Результатом дослідження складових ризик-орієнтованого підходу до формування показників вартості підприємств транспортно-логістичної галузі стало отримання чіткого алгоритму визначення кожного з ключових факторів ризику, притаманних для галузі. Особливу увагу приділено опису прояву IT-системи електронних ризиків, зокрема хакерських атак та інших кіберзлочинів. Практична унікальність отриманих результатів дослідження міститься в тому, що на прикладі підприємства BKP (Україна) розроблено аргументовану політику управління ризиками в повній відповідності до Стандарту ISO 31000. Ідентифікацію ризиків здійснено за признаками ймовірності ризиків та розрахунку мінімізації впливу їх наслідків на вартісні показники діяльності підприємства. За результатами дослідження констатовано практичну корисність вищенаведеної управлінської моделі генерації вартості підприємства, що безпосередньо спирається на дослідженні головних ризик-факторів діяльності транспортно-логістичних підприємств України, обґрунтовано можливість її запровадження в практичній площині реалізації бізнес-процесів.
