Abstract:The electrochemical reduction of nitrite (NO2−) contaminants to ammonia (NH3) is a sustainable and energy‐saving strategy for NH3 synthesis. However, this multi‐electron reduction process requires an efficient electrocatalyst to overcome the kinetic barrier.
