Data processing in large scale system and analyses is the key problems of today's distributed systems in real-time and close to real time. These systems should be able, while meeting these constraints, to process large-scale data inputs, to expand to terabytes or larger. Volume of processing the data over the systems of large scale becomes too large. These systems use parallelization of the data and similar techniques to increase performance. The standards are increasing, though: data analyses are expected almost in real time. Among all the data treatment models Map Reduce is mostly adopted. Due to the processing of data design in this method, once work is finished, the results are returned. The growth of data is not always a preferred batch operating environment: large numbers of applications can benefit from early results. The online aggregation method used in connection databases was first discussed. In this work analysis we discuss techniques that can allow early results to be estimated. We are proposing some changes to the online system for Map Reduce. We show that the properties required for accurate evaluation of the effects of our proposed device design changes. The reduction of data bias algorithm and sampling at the block levels are provided. Consequently, with a series of particular applications and sets of data, the implementation of the proposed design of the system is defined and evaluated.

ناقشت الدراسة الحالية مدى تبني الوحدات الصحية في قطاع صحة نينوى لتكنولوجيا مجتمعات الممارسة في تقديم الرعاية الصحية، وبالتالي سد الفجوة في الاعتقاد السائد لدى البعض بأن هذه التكنولوجيا لا تُستخدم في بيئة محافظة نينوى، والهدف الرئيسي منها هو إظهار المدى الذي يصل إليه تكنولوجيا مجتمع الممارسة في تعزيز العمليات الصحية في القطاع الصحي العراقي، وما سينعكس على التعلم. لتحديد مدى وحجم الانتشار في القطاع الصحي قيد الدراسة، تم إجراء مسح ميداني في القطاع الصحي في نينوى، واستخدام استبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة من عينة البحث. حُللت البيانات والمعلومات المجموعة من الميدان باستخدام برمجيات (AMOS وSPSS)، أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن المستشفيات والوحدات الصحية تتبنى تكنولوجيا مجتمعات الممارسة لتسيير اعمالها في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية بشكل أفضل. تقترح الدراسة إيلاء المزيد من الاهتمام من قبل الادارة العليا في صحة نينوى بتبني تكنولوجيا انترنت الأشياء واستغلال القدرات الهائلة التي تتمتع بها هذه التكنولوجيا في تشخيص الأمراض والوقاية منها. فضلا عن تبني تطبيقات الصحة الشخصية. واعتماد البيانات الشخصية للمرضى عند تقديم الرعاية لهم.

ناقشت الدراسة الحالية دور التكنولوجيا المتقدمة في الإبداع المفتوح، والهدف الرئيسي منها هو إظهار المدى الذي يصل إليه استخدام التكنولوجيا المتقدمة والحديثة في تعزيز عمليات الابداع المفتوح (الداخل والخارج) في القطاع الصحي العراقي. فقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على تساؤل مفاده: ما مدى وحجم تأثير التكنولوجيا المتقدمة في الابداع المفتوح؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال تم استخدام المنهج الكمي (الوصفي والتحليلي). حيث تم اقتراح نموذج قياس واختبار أربع فرضيات. تم إجراء مسح، واستخدام استبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة من المشاركين. والبالغ عددهم (341) طبيب. حُللت البيانات والمعلومات المجموعة من الميدان باستخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) وأساليب إحصائية أخرى التي نفذت باستخدام برمجيات (AMOS وSPSS وSmartPLS V.3.3.9)، كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن التكنولوجيا المتقدمة لها تأثير ايجابي ومعنوي على عمليات الابداع المفتوح في قطاع الصحة في نينوى في كلا الاتجاهين (الداخل والخارج). وتقترح الدراسة ضرورة استثمار قدرات التكنولوجيا الموجودة لدى الوحدات الصحية بشكل أمثل، في تسيير المهام الصحية بشكلٍ عام ومهام الابداع بشكلٍ خاص. فضلا عن ضرورة حوكمة التكنولوجيا المستخدمة عبر الانترنت في الوحدات الصحية.
