Having large volumes of data enable the organization to exploit them in the operational activities. However, the organization face challenges to have accurate data for right purposes at the right time. The purpose of the study is to develop a model of Big Data initiative which will provide the government agencies with a guide to evaluate the comprehensive criteria on the implementation. The outcome also will able to facilitate government on focusing to enhance or improvise the crucial aspect in management. This conceptual paper extends the technology-organization-environment model integrate with few other theories. This study extends it with data-driven culture as a mediating variable to investigate the relationship between Big Data Adoption factors and organizational impact in Government-Linked Agencies in Malaysia. The expected findings will then be assisting to provide guidelines in policy makers, opportunities to the newly creation position in the organization. The outcome also will able to facilitate government on focusing to enhance or improvise the crucial aspect in management especially in Big Data initiative as a whole and their interrelationships. This study not just focus of personal routines in operational activities, but also to come out with a guide to assist organization in utilize the good insights of Big Data.

How far did the covid-19 go in terms of affecting the lives and way of living of people? The outbreak of this deadly virus not only made the people leave their way and stay in isolation but also served a major role in vanishing businesses, making people jobless, causing deaths, and much more. Apart from people losing their lives, there was a massive risk of employees losing jobs, or earning half of what they used to earn. The Covid is influencing the day-to-day routines and methods of experienced individuals. The flare-up of this dangerous virus served a significant job in loss of lives, disappearing organizations, making individuals jobless, isolated, and substantially more. Humans besides losing lives have faced a monstrous situation of losing jobs. With all this when the employees were in a state of work from home, there was an important role played by cloud computing. Its applications played their part in making people achieve their tasks. In this situation, cloud computing has held one side of the rope when employees were in the condition to work remotely. The smart working apps have proved their amazing performances. Its applications had their influence in causing individuals to accomplish their assignments. The truly great individual in the COVID-19 pandemic emergency is the cloud computing environment (CCE). It comprises the high-speed rehearses for administrations that mirror the pattern of quickly deployable applications for keeping up with information. In any case, there is an increment in its utilization, and the exploration shows there is a test to see the performance of CC applications accessibility in regards to the security, data, and everything worried about it. Aim/Purpose: A literature review is often criticized for the absence of coherent construction, synthesis of topics, and well-reasoned analysis. A framework is needed for novice researchers to organize and present information obtained from the literature review. Background: Information and communication technologies advancement have yielded overwhelming information. The massive availability of information poses several challenges, including storage, processing, meaningful organization, and presentation for future consumption. Information System Researchers have developed frameworks, guidelines, and tools for gathering, filtering, processing, storing, and organizing information. Interestingly, information system researchers have vast information that needs meaningful organization and presentation to the research fraternity while conducting a literature review on a research topic. Methodology: This paper describes a framework called LACTiC (Location, Author, Continuum, Time, and Category) that we adapted from another framework called LATCH (Location, Alphabetical, Time, Category, and Hierarchy). LATCH was used to organize and present information on e-commerce websites for seamless navigation. We evaluated the LACTiC framework. Contribution: Information System Researchers can use the LACTiC framework to organize information obtained from literature review. Findings: The evaluation reveals that most researchers from information systems organize information obtained from the literature review category-wise, followed by continuum, author, time, and location. Recommendation for Researchers: Overall, the framework works well and can be helpful for researchers for an initial idea for organizing information obtained from the literature review. Future Research: To conceptualize the framework, the study was carried out using Information Systems related literature. To generalize the proposed framework, we may suggest that the study can be extended to other areas of business management, such as marketing, finance, operation, decision sciences, accounting, and economics.
