Bilateral pathological neck of femur fractures associated with low grade splenic marginal zone lymphoma: Case report, and review of the literature

Abstract: We report a case involving a 64 year old lady with bilateral pathological fractures of the neck of the femur secondary to Low Grade Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma, a pathology that has not previously been described in clinical literature.
