Abstract:The use of single‐layer polysilicon (poly‐Si) in tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) structures has demonstrated excellent passivation and contact performance. However, commercial TOPCon solar cell fabrication requires screen‐printing and cofiring techniques for electrode preparation.
