Bile metabolites as diagnostic biomarkers for perihilar cholangiocarcinoma

Abstract: It is difficult to directly obtain pathological diagnosis of perihilar cholangiocarcinoma (pCCA). Analysis of bile in the pCCA microenvironment, based on metabolomics and statistical methods, can help in clinical diagnosis.
