Abstract: Turizm özellikle pazarlama alanında bilgisayar teknolojisindeki gelişmelerden önemli ölçüde ve süratli bir şekilde yararlanabilme avantajına sahiptir. Bununla beraber bir çok turistik tesise ve özellikle bir zincire bağlı olmadan faaliyet gösteren münferit turizm kuruluşlarında enformasyon teknolojilerinden yeterince yararlanamadığı görülmektedir.
