The paper discusses the current state and development prospects of Web3 and decentralized autonomous organizations in comparison with Web 2.0. The problems of interaction between participants of decentralized autonomous organizations within the virtual space and integration of a decentralized autonomous organization with the outside world through network inducement algorithms are raised. The possible implementation of such interactions is considered on the example of TheOoL DAO. The functionality of TheOoL DAO is briefly disclosed, aimed at ensuring the security of participants in a decentralized autonomous organization, the complete suppression of the "digital footprint" they leave. The classes and forms of financial relationships of participants in a decentralized autonomous organization are determined. A mathematical model of billing in the serverless secure Internet TheOoL DAO on smart contracts is presented as an integral part of the TheOoL cloud computing and data storage subsystem. This system provides guaranteed automatic payment for services for the provision of computing power for storing and processing data or performing computing tasks and, at the same time, performs the functions of fully automatic control over the execution of the terms of a smart contract by the owners of these capacities.

Simple solution for low cost bandwidth management

Organizations in this era can't be separated from information technology, especially in communication and information sharing. The existence of information technology, especially computer networks, greatly facilitates agencies in terms of communication. Organizations that have used computer networks generally don't have tools to handle security and bandwidth management issues in large numbers, resulting in wasteful use of bandwidth for unproductive purposes, such as accessing video streaming. The fact is professional tools to overcome the problem of security and bandwidth management issues are already in the market, but have hundreds of millions of priced. The high price of professional devices gave an opportunity to develop a bandwidth management system based on the integration of the remote authentication dial in user service (RADIUS) server and Mikrotik RouterBoard, at a lower cost. RADIUS server was chosen as a service for network security, because it supports the legal authentication for users via AAA protocol. The RADIUS server can be integrated with MySQL database, it can be developed SSO systems. Bandwidth management can be done with Mikrotik feature, but has the disadvantages of scalable storage, that problem can overcome by integrating Mikrotik and RADIUS server, then defining time doing data packet quota for the client and its implementation can help with hypertext preprocessor (PHP) scripts.

“…On the other hand, internet billing ensures instantaneous receipt of information, and has when adopted, fundamentally changed the way companies interact with their customers, with additional services including customer selfcare, automated sales one-to-one marketing. The internet bill will become the gateway through which customers and companies have electronic one to one dialog [17] In a study to identify and classify common sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction associated with the use of mobile payment and e-bill settlement, and compare them with determinants of satisfaction with technology-based services, overall findings indicated that the main sources of satisfaction in this context were convenience, ability to deliver the expected function, ability to guarantee secure transactions and function when other payment methods fail. It was convenience, which was found to be the greatest satisfaction source, has been described as the ability to conduct payments quickly, easily and independent of the possession of cash and cards.…”
