Binary Diffusivities of Nitrogen-Methane and Nitrogen-Methyl Chloride Systems

Abstract

Binary diffusivities of nitrogen-methane and nitrogen-methyl chloride systems were measured by using a modified Stefan diffusion cell, at temperatures between 25 and 110 °C. The results agree well with those calculated by using the Kihara potential model for the nitrogen-methane system and the effective potential model for the nitrogen-methyl chloride system.
