Binding pancreaticogastrostomy after pancreaticoduodenectomy and central pancreatectomy

Abstract: Objective The pancreatic fistula rate is high when pancreaticojejunostomy is performed in patients with soft pancreas, narrow pancreatic duct, major intraoperative bleeding and pathology of the resected pancreas other than pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis.
