Abstract:Tetrabromobisphenol A-bis(2,3-dibromo-2-methylpropyl ether) (TBBPA-DBMPE) has come into use as an alternative to hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), but it is unclear whether TBBPA-DBMPE has less hazard than HBCD.
