“…For example, total phenolic contents, total flavonoid and total antioxidant [2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and cupric ion antioxidant capacity (CUPRAC)] values were 3.9–9.2 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE) g –1 , 1.2–1.9 mg catechin equivalents g –1 sample, 1.7–17.6 mg Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) g –1 and 0.68–3.04 mg TEAC g –1 , respectively.
