Abstract:The unique eco-environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau breeds abundant microbial resources. In this research, the antagonistic activity, bacteriostatic hydrolase activity, and low temperature, salt, and drought resistance of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GL18, isolated from the rhizosphere of Kobresia myosuroides from an alpine meadow, were determined and analysed. The seedlings of Avena sativa were root-irrigated using bacteria suspensions (cell concentration 1 ⋅ 10 7 cfu/mL) of GL18, and the growthpromoting ef… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
