Abstract:Introduction: Renal carcinoma can show biochemical and paraneoplasic alterations at the moment of its diagnosis. Its diagnosis can be delayed due to these biochemical alterations. About 20 % of patients with renal carcinoma can have paraneoplasic syndromes or biochemical alterations.
