“…Additionally, the degradation efficiency of our present photocatalytic system is compared with those of other recently reported photocatalysts for the photocatalytic degradation of CR, and the results are summarized in Table 1. [61][62][63][64][65][66] The results demonstrate that PEG-doped BiZn 2 VO 6 (0.10% w/v) is a better photocatalyst with respect to the duration of reaction and degradation efficiency.…”

“…Similar procedure was followed for preparing BiOCl-Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 -2 using 150 mg of Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 QDs. BiOCl microspheres were obtained from our published procedure (Shambharkar and Chowdhury 2018).…”

“…The improved photocatalytic activity of BiOCl-Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 was endorsed to the formation of heterostructure between BiOCl and Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 QDs that improved separation and transport of photogenerated charge carriers. The degradation behavior of BiOCl-Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 was compared with commercial P25 TiO 2 and it was observed that the degradation efficiency of BiOCl-Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 was lesser than that of P25 TiO 2 towards Congo red (Shambharkar and Chowdhury 2018). The band edge positions of BiOCl and Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (Zheng et al 2018;Cao et al 2013) were determined ( Table 1).…”
