“…The Fe contents of the mushrooms analyzed in the present study were found to range between 44.78 (Russula integra ) and 236.95 (Amanita rubescens) mg/kg dw. According to the literature data, Fe concentrations of the mushroom samples were between 0.04 and 10558 mg/kg (Niemiec et al 2018;Rasalanavho et al 2020).
